Well Spoken Words Gold Apples

is like golden apples in settings of silver.
To an attentive ear, constructive criticism from a truly wise person
is like an earring or jewelry made of fine gold.

    This is one of my favorite Proverbs. Have you ever read Florence Littauer’s book, Silver Boxes? It’s a fantastic little book – all about how we use our words.

      Many of Florence Littauer’s books are familiar to me but not this one. Looked it up on the internet and read the first chapter and enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.
