Just because you’re doing what everyone else is doing, in the church, doesn’t mean you’re obeying God. Just because you’re continuing a church tradition, God told them to do, doesn’t always mean God wants you to continue doing the same traditions. Just because it is comfortable, prosperous, has a large attendance, doesn’t always mean it’s of God. Be different, be authentic, and true to the call and patterns of grace He placed on your life.
Trendsetters, pioneers, and inventors, don’t follow the status quo, they lead off with something new. Don’t be afraid to do what has never been done before! Be the church, but come out of the church, and CHANGE THE WORLD!
