Let Your Light Shine!

When it is dark around you, let your light shine. Jesus shines out of you and lives change. Light casts out darkness and draws others. Don’t curse the darkness, Shine!

You become a beacon to those without hope and your light brings hope. Light helps others to grow in good ways. It produces good fruit.

Anxious? Relax Daddy God Loves You

What do you worry about? Relax, your Daddy God, doesn’t want you preoccupied with getting things but instead with your response to God’s giving. Those that don’t know Daddy God worry, concerned about security and getting ahead.

We, Christians know Daddy God and his great love for us. Think and rehearse his provisions, his reality and how he loves to initiative wonderful surprise gifts for you. Daddy God meets all your concerns. He gives to you abundantly.

Don’t reduce your life to the pursuit of food and drink; don’t let your mind be filled with anxiety. People of the world who don’t know God pursue these things, but you have a Father caring for you, a Father who knows all your needs. Since you don’t need to worry—about security and safety, about food and clothing—then pursue God’s kingdom first and foremost and these other things will come to you as well. My little flock, don’t be afraid. God is your Father, and your Father’s great joy is to give you His kingdom. (Luke 12:29-32 VOICE)

Orphan Or Son?

Orphans focus on the lack in their life. “I need this and I need that.” They compete and strive for attention with other orphans because they think they won’t get what need. They beg for notice, are insecure and fear abandonment. They compare themselves to others without knowing their identity.

Sons focus on what they have. Sons live in their father’s house and have access to their father that provides all their needs. They know their father takes good care of them and they have access to him because they are sons. Their father loves them and they know he is available because they carry their father’s name and are sons.

Are you a son or an orphan, when you come before your Daddy God in prayer? He has promised to never leave you because you are his son. Your inheritance is the same as his son, Jesus the Messiah. He provides so you will not lack or want.

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins. He has showered his kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding. (Ephesians 1:5-8 NLT)

Pray Rather Than Fretting

Worried and fretting over something? Praise God and remember the many times he has blessed you. Pray your worries away, by giving them to God. He easily takes care of your concerns so you can rest, enjoy his wholeness and peace. Pray and realize Daddy God loves and cares for you..

Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. (Philippians 4:6-7 MSG)

Goodbye Regrets, Hello Abundant Blessings!

Daddy God has hope for you because of his unconditional love and the sacrifice of his son, Jesus. He loves you and has redeemed you, by the blood of his son.

Now is the time, to quit looking back on the past, with regrets. No more thinking how things would have been better, “if only, I should have, I could have.” It’s time to forgive, let it go, and to stop rehearsing what went wrong and blaming others or yourself. Focus on Jesus and what he has done for you. He took all the curses and your punishment, so you can live the abundant life. Leave the shambles of the past and walk into the abundant life, he has for you.

Daddy God is waiting for you to look at him. He has the keys to your future, filled with new opportunities and abundant blessings. As you leave the past, he will fill you with new vision and provision for what he has for you. Drop the regrets, so there is room for Daddy God to fill your arms and imagination with many gifts for today. Enjoy the present and look forward to really living with the abundant blessings he has for you!

And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32)

Blessings For You Today
