Today A Fresh New Start!

by Hazel Straub

Yesterday is gone and today you have a fresh new start. Shake off and release the failures of yesterday. Forgive yourself and forgive others. God is merciful, show mercy to others. Start the day, reading and meditating on the Bible, praising God and listening to his voice. He loves you so much and is faithful!

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.” (Lamentations 3:22-24 NLT)

The Loving Father Says, Welcome Home!

by Hazel Straub

Feeling discouraged? Have you made mistakes and turned away from God? It does not matter how many times you fail, your Heavenly Father is always watching for your return to him. When you decide to return home, he opens his arms wide to love and celebrate you. Although you may have wasted your abilities and potential, he welcomes you without reproach and shows compassion, mercy and grace.

Jesus told a parable about a father with two sons (Luke 11:15-32). The younger one asked for his inheritance, received it and wasted all the things he was given in a distant land. He then experienced hunger and became a beggar. He decided to return home and ask his father to make him an employee. His father saw him, interrupted the rehearsed sorrowful speech of the younger son and celebrated his return home, with a feast and honored him as his son. The older brother had worked in the fields all day allowed offense and bitterness to lodge in his heart, due to the homecoming feast thrown for his younger brother. He was angry and wouldn’t join in the celebration because he was jealous of how the father treated the younger brother. Although his father reassured the older brother of his love, this brother refused to celebrate.

God our father, celebrates us returning to him. We all need to check our hearts, no matter, if we are the younger or older brother. When we return to our God our father in repentance, he celebrates and welcomes us. No matter what you have done in sin, he says, “Welcome Home!” He gives you a fresh start!

“The father said, ‘My son, you are always with me by my side. Everything I have is yours to enjoy. It’s only right to celebrate like this and be overjoyed, because this brother of yours was once dead and gone, but now he is alive and back with us again. He was lost but now he is found!’” (Luke 15:31-32 TPT)

by Hazel Straub

My Dear Child,

Allow me to heal your wounds so you will be no longer be broken and splintered but whole and complete. Allow my surgeon’s knife access to all of your wounds so I can cut deep within you to heal those grievous things. Those areas of deep pain filled with toxins can be excised with my sharp scalpel and healed. Yes, I want to go deep to heal your innermost parts but you must allow me access, so you can be healed.

I am the Great Physician, hear my cry,”Next!” Please, enter my surgery and allow me heal you. Step into to my office, acknowledge your need of my help and I will heal your wounds. I suffered so you could be whole and complete. I am, the Great Physician and long to heal all your wounds. Answer my call, to be the one who is next to be healed. I AM the solution to all your pain. The door is open, so heed my call and come to me. “Next one!” I am your healer. Come to me and allow me to heal you of all your hidden and debilitating pain. All my doctoring is successful and those who dare to submit to my surgeon’s knife enjoy 100% success rate. Turn to me to be your healer. Come and be healed. I answer your cry of “Jesus, help me!” Submit and allow me to cut you deep and to heal you.

With tender love,

Great Physician

Jesus overheard their complaining and said, “Who goes to the doctor for a cure? Those who are well or those who are sick?  I have not come to call the ‘righteous,’ but to call those who fail to measure up and bring them to repentance.” (Luke 5:31-32 TPT)

Prayer And Intimacy With Daddy God

by Hazel Straub

Daddy God wants us to spend time with him and for us to develop a close relationship with him. In prayer and intercession, we draw close to him and can decide and decree a thing and it is established. God’s favor and light on us. We can intercede for the guilty and they will be delivered through us. Pray!!!

You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways. When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves. He will even deliver the one [for whom you intercede] who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands. (Job 22:27-30 AMPC)

Yahweh Our Provider

by Hazel Straub

You can never give more to God than he gives. As you surrender your life, time, talents, and money to God, he supplies all your needs generously. Yahweh Jireh (your covenant keeping God sees and provides) so you will not fear the devourer. No matter what your circumstances, he abundantly meets your needs. His provision and favor are more than enough to meet all of you need both tangible (physical) and intangible (peace of mind, love, guidance, angelic protection, etc.). Know that God is faithful to you.

At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Now all glory to God our Father forever and ever! Amen. The Love Of Daddy God

by Hazel Straub

Daddy God created and crafted us in his image. He loves us with a relentless, extravagant love and calls us by name. Daddy God sees us through eyes of mercy, grace and love. Even when we sin, he makes a way for reconciliation through his one and only Son Jesus, who paid the price for our rebellion, by his death and resurrection. The blood of Jesus, when applied to our lives, cleanses us! Daddy God calls us his children and provides all we need.

Fasten your hearts to the love of God and receive the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who gives us eternal life. (Jude 21 TPT)

Quitting? Wait On The LORD!

by Hazel Straub

Ever felt like quitting? Weary and without strength? Wait, trust and depend on the LORD and he will renew your strength and help you continue. The race does not go to those who start quickly but to the one who finishes. Even if you fall down, get up in the power of God and keep going. Never give up! Your faith and trust in God brings great rewards.

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9 NLT)

But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31 NLT)

Asking Forgiveness

by Hazel Straub

We all have sin in our lives. God’s light uncovers sin that we need to turn away from and run to him, asking for forgiveness. He is willing to forgive but we need honesty to confess our sins to him and humbly ask for help to overcome. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. It is important to have a pliable, sensitive heart, that is quick to repent. Then we can walk in right standing with God with a clean heart.

If we boast that we have no sin, we’re only fooling ourselves and are strangers to the truth.  But if we freely admit our sins when his light uncovers them, he will be faithful to forgive us every time. God is just to forgive us our sins because of Christ, and he will continue to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we claim that we’re not guilty of sin when God uncovers it with his light, we make him a liar and his word is not in us. (1 John 8-10 TPT)

Lord God We Worship And Honor You!

by Hazel Straub

Lord God, thank you for the wonderful blessings stored for all who honor and worship you. Dwelling in the secret place with you, brings refreshment, replenishment and rejuvenation. Your presence protects us. Glory to God! We worship you Lord, in spirit and in truth. We honor you for you have done mighty things for us. We lift up your name!

Lord, how wonderful you are!
You have stored up so many good things for us,
like a treasure chest heaped up and spilling over with blessings—
all for those who honor and worship you!
Everybody knows what you can do
for those who turn and hide themselves in you.
So hide all your beloved ones
in the sheltered, secret place before your face.
Overshadow them by your glory-presence.
Keep them from these accusations, the brutal insults of evil men.
Tuck them safely away in the tabernacle where you dwell.
The name of the Lord is blessed and lifted high!
For his marvelous miracle of mercy protected me
when I was overwhelmed by my enemies. (Psalm 31:19-21 TPT)
