You know we always look for someone to blame for us being held back. There are a number of times where sometimes our worst enemy is actually ourselves. No one necessarily has to tell us wrong advice, but we hear or see something that sounds appealing and can take us down a wrong road. By all means, peer pressure is certainly an existing issue. Especially with all the mandate nonsense going on
