The Lord God not only redeems you from sin and hopelessness but also rejoices over you. He dances and sings over you, with shouts of joy. He delights in you!
Your past sins are forgiven! What good news! Dance in joy to God! Love him!
The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice (dance, skip, leap, spin around over you with joy); He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing. (Zephaniah 3:17 AMPC)

Your post fills my heart with love for God. What beautiful promises found in the book of Zephaniah. The Lord delights in me with singing and dancing. He remembers not the past sins I’ve confessed. He Saves. Alelluia!

Wow this is powerful and it brings me joy to know that He rejoices over me. Especially in times when it’s hard to rejoice over myself! I love Zephaniah 3:17.
