This is the season of Spring showers. Rain helps life to spring up from the ground and produces crops of food for the hungry. God sends his Word out of his mouth and it also produces an excellent harvest. and satisfies the thirsty and hungry ones.
The rain and snow come down from the heavens
and stay on the ground to water the earth.
They cause the grain to grow,
producing seed for the farmer
and bread for the hungry.
It is the same with my word.
I send it out, and it always produces fruit.
It will accomplish all I want it to,
and it will prosper everywhere I send it. (Isaiah 55:10-11 NLT)

Pure Glory 
I love the fact that by the Spirit of God we produce fruit, that God plants seed in us that grows into trees that produce fruit that in turn produces more seed. I was thinking about this today in the area of patience. My patience tree needed a bit of pruning today. One of my kids was being impatient and I answered them impatiently. Immediately I felt convicted that I needed to plant a seed of patience instead. You cannot seed patience with anger, you must sow patience to grow patience.
I needed the spring rains today. I needed the river, that my patience tree is planted beside, to overflow it’s banks and flood my roots. Thank God for his spring rain that waters our trees and lets us produce fruit. Thank God for His living water that allows us to be bendy trees rather than brittle trees that snap.

The living water is amazing and brings wonderful fruit, love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, kindness, all those wonderful fruit of Holy Spirit that is watered by the Word of God that makes us pliable to the will of our Father. It produces good fruit! Thank you for sharing. More Spring rain!

Here in Australia, it is winter. And we have just had an abundance of rain in a perfect way, watering our gardens and filling our water tanks. God is good.
