God Is Good And Doesn’t Disappoint!

by Hazel Straub

Ever feel like you have walked through the mud and muck of life, discouraged? This muck, however, becomes fertilizer, for you to grow into vibrant beauty and fruitfulness. God’s goodness is chasing and pursuing you. The bitterness of barrenness departs, from you, due to the sweetness of God’s goodness and turns to dynamic flourishing life, when you stay in the secret place with him. Trust God, as he redeems, restores, heals and gives provision to you in abundance, you have never known before! His presence changes everything!

Thank you, Lord God! Holy, holy, holy, Lord. Your goodness surrounds and changes us. What wondrous love and goodness you show to all, who make you our refuge. Your goodness never disappoints and your presence renews our youth!

Yet I totally trust you to rescue me one more time,
so that I can see once again how good you are while I’m still alive!
Here’s what I’ve learned through it all:
Don’t give up; don’t be impatient;
be entwined as one with the Lord.
Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope.
Yes, keep on waiting—for he will never disappoint you! (Psalm 27:13-14 TPT)

Give Your Cares To Father God

by Hazel Straub

Stressed, tired, burdened, toxic, anxious? Run to Father God, express all your concerns to the Living God, in Christ Jesus’ name, and leave your burdens with him. Listen, as he expresses his heart concerning you. Rest and be blest. Trust with confident faith, God has you covered with his grace.

So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. (1 Peter 5:6-7 NLT)

Give your burdens to the Lord,
and he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. (Psalm 55:22 NLT)

Know Your True Identity

by Hazel Straub

Daddy God, your Creator, has no limits on his love for you. Receive and let his love transform the hidden and self protected pockets, of trauma, rejection, abandonment, unloved, shame, dejection, victim and insecurity. Allow his unconditional love and acceptance to heal what is broken and show the treasure that is you.

Know that your identity is not defined by your circumstances, how others treat you, or the lies that the enemy of your soul, wants you to believe, but by who Daddy God, says you are. All who have believed and received Jesus the Christ are a new creation. You are the temple of the living God and he says you are valuable. Believe and receive this truth. He chose you and adopted you as his beloved child. His love, light, and life shine out of you. Let his loving acceptance and discipline train and renovate you so your intricate beauty shines out from inside you.

But you are God’s chosen treasure—priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. (1 Peter 2:9 TPT)

We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it! (Ephesians 2:10 TPT)

Coming Through The Fire Better!

by Hazel Straub

How many times have you groaned with discouragement at the fiery trial you were going through? It seemed that nothing was changing but the circumstances coming against your health, finances, and relationships, intensified. These tests in life show us that we cannot rely on ourselves but must put our full trust and reliance in God alone. The enemy of our soul wants us to quit before we fulfill our awesome destiny.

Know you are not alone and the Lord God goes with you through the trial. The Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar had made a gold statue and a law that everyone worship and bow down to it. Three Jewish men, who were rulers in Babylon, refused to worship the statue and were bound and thrown into a blazing furnace, seven times hotter than usual. The heat killed the soldiers that threw the men bound into the furnace. A fourth man who the king noted looked like a god, was seen in the furnace. King Nebuchadnezzar had the three men come out of the furnace and they no longer had the chains on them and did not smell of smoke. (Daniel 3:1-30) The king then appointed the three men to higher positions.

Take courage and know that breakthrough is here. You will come through the fiery testing better than you were before.

So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stepped out of the fire. Then the high officers, officials, governors, and advisers crowded around them and saw that the fire had not touched them. Not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn’t even smell of smoke! (Daniel 3:26b-27 NLT)

Today A Fresh New Start!

by Hazel Straub

Yesterday is gone and today you have a fresh new start. Shake off and release the failures of yesterday. Forgive yourself and forgive others. God is merciful, show mercy to others. Start the day, reading and meditating on the Bible, praising God and listening to his voice. He loves you so much and is faithful!

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.” (Lamentations 3:22-24 NLT)

The Loving Father Says, Welcome Home!

by Hazel Straub

Feeling discouraged? Have you made mistakes and turned away from God? It does not matter how many times you fail, your Heavenly Father is always watching for your return to him. When you decide to return home, he opens his arms wide to love and celebrate you. Although you may have wasted your abilities and potential, he welcomes you without reproach and shows compassion, mercy and grace.

Jesus told a parable about a father with two sons (Luke 11:15-32). The younger one asked for his inheritance, received it and wasted all the things he was given in a distant land. He then experienced hunger and became a beggar. He decided to return home and ask his father to make him an employee. His father saw him, interrupted the rehearsed sorrowful speech of the younger son and celebrated his return home, with a feast and honored him as his son. The older brother had worked in the fields all day allowed offense and bitterness to lodge in his heart, due to the homecoming feast thrown for his younger brother. He was angry and wouldn’t join in the celebration because he was jealous of how the father treated the younger brother. Although his father reassured the older brother of his love, this brother refused to celebrate.

God our father, celebrates us returning to him. We all need to check our hearts, no matter, if we are the younger or older brother. When we return to our God our father in repentance, he celebrates and welcomes us. No matter what you have done in sin, he says, “Welcome Home!” He gives you a fresh start!

“The father said, ‘My son, you are always with me by my side. Everything I have is yours to enjoy. It’s only right to celebrate like this and be overjoyed, because this brother of yours was once dead and gone, but now he is alive and back with us again. He was lost but now he is found!’” (Luke 15:31-32 TPT)

With tender love,

Great Physician

Jesus overheard their complaining and said, “Who goes to the doctor for a cure? Those who are well or those who are sick?  I have not come to call the ‘righteous,’ but to call those who fail to measure up and bring them to repentance.” (Luke 5:31-32 TPT)

Prayer And Intimacy With Daddy God

by Hazel Straub

Daddy God wants us to spend time with him and for us to develop a close relationship with him. In prayer and intercession, we draw close to him and can decide and decree a thing and it is established. God’s favor and light on us. We can intercede for the guilty and they will be delivered through us. Pray!!!

You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways. When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves. He will even deliver the one [for whom you intercede] who is not innocent; yes, he will be delivered through the cleanness of your hands. (Job 22:27-30 AMPC)

Yahweh Our Provider

by Hazel Straub

You can never give more to God than he gives. As you surrender your life, time, talents, and money to God, he supplies all your needs generously. Yahweh Jireh (your covenant keeping God sees and provides) so you will not fear the devourer. No matter what your circumstances, he abundantly meets your needs. His provision and favor are more than enough to meet all of you need both tangible (physical) and intangible (peace of mind, love, guidance, angelic protection, etc.). Know that God is faithful to you.

At the moment I have all I need—and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet-smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God. And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. Now all glory to God our Father forever and ever! Amen.
