How To Get In The Presence Of God

by Hazel Straub

How do you get in the presence of God? Worship him and give him praise, thanksgiving and adoration. Be filled with joy and praise him for how good, faithful, loving and kind he is to you. His presence fills our praises. You can enjoy his presence every day, anytime, with thanksgiving.

As you serve the Lord, be glad and worship him.
Sing your way into his presence with joy!
And realize what this really means—
we have the privilege of worshiping the Lord our God.
For he is our Creator and we belong to him.
We are the people of his pleasure.
You can pass through his open gates with the password of praise.
Come right into his presence with thanksgiving.
Come bring your thank offering to him
and affectionately bless his beautiful name! (Psalm 100:2-4 TPT)

God Answers The Persistent Seekers!

by Hazel Straub

If God said it would be done, it will happen! Consistently and persistently with faith, ask for what God has promised. Do not give up because there has been delay. Delay is not denial. It is time to see fulfillment for the persistent. God never changes and loves to answer prayers!

“Ask, and the gift is yours. Seek, and you’ll discover. Knock, and the door will be opened for you. For every persistent one will get what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he longs for. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.” (Matthew 7:7-8 TPT)

Singing To The Lord

by Hazel Straub

As the day begins, my heart overflows with joy and praise
My song of thankfulness to the Lord God continually I raise
My thoughts fill with his goodness, faithfulness and love
My mouth bursts forth with worship all day to my beloved

I will sing to the Lord as long as I live.
I will praise my God to my last breath!
May all my thoughts be pleasing to him,
for I rejoice in the Lord. (Psalm 104:33-34 NLT)

Positioned To Receive

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

God is doing something so new, so spectacular, so mind-blowing, so inconceivable, I’m speechless. We just have to be in position to receive it!

God’s Loving Kindness For Us

by Hazel Straub

God’s love for us is not based on our performance. His love does not change when we turn from him in rebellion. He does not reject us but draws us with his kindness. When we did not know him and lived in sin, he sent his son Jesus, to pay for all of our rebellion and curses. His loving kindness draws us to God, so we will change how we think, our hearts softened, so we follow his instructions, for our lives.

Do the riches of his extraordinary kindness make you take him (God) for granted and despise him? Haven’t you experienced how kind and understanding he has been to you? Don’t mistake his tolerance for acceptance. Do you realize that all the wealth of his extravagant kindness is meant to melt your heart and lead you into repentance? (Romans 2:4 TPT)

Change My Heart Prayer

by Hazel Straub

God calls for our full surrender of our will, for his will, and to let go of pride, stubbornness, resentment, offense, and everything you substituted for a relationship with God, humbly asking him for his help.

Father God, holy is your name. I ask you to expand my ability to receive your love and to love others.  I cry, “Change my heart, O God! Let me love like your Son, Jesus. Make my heart tender and responsive to you.” Amen

And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. (Ezekiel 36:26 NLT)

Joyfully Draw Water From God’s Wells

by Hazel Straub

Rejoice and praise God, putting all your trust in him. He is your salvation and song. Joyfully, you draw water from the wells of salvation. Give him thanks and exalt his name!

Behold, God, my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid, for the Lord God is my strength and song; yes, He has become my salvation.
Therefore with joy will you draw water from the wells of salvation.
And in that day you will say, Give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name and by means of His name [in solemn entreaty]; declare and make known His deeds among the peoples of the earth, proclaim that His name is exalted! Sing praises to the Lord, for He has done excellent things [gloriously]; let this be made known to all the earth. (Isaiah 12:2-5 AMPC)
