Take Your Thoughts Captive

Weeds quickly grow in the flower bed. Today I pulled a number of small baby weeds that had popped up overnight. Although the roots were longer than the weed, they were thin and came out easily. They did not have to time to establish themselves. But if I had waited to deal with them, they would have spread with deep intertwining roots and been more difficult to pull.

Holy Spirit began to speak about the weeds or sins that sprout in our hearts. When a thought first enters the mind, it is easy to take it captive through Christ Jesus and pull it, like a baby weed. However, if we entertain thoughts of pride in how we conduct our lives, think about our desires of the flesh, and the desires of the eyes, our sinful actions become firmly rooted, deep and twisted around our hearts. These deep-rooted sins grow because of our cultivating thought life and sin. We have to cry out to God our Gardener, in total surrender, relying on his help to overcome these entrenched sinful behaviors, with the roots destroyed.

Catch all the foxes,
those little foxes,
before they ruin the vineyard of love,
for the grapevines are blossoming! (Song of Songs 2:15 NLT)

Trust And Run To God

Leave your worries and rest confidently in me, God. Cease from your labors, my child. Trust me, submit to me in all your ways and follow me.

Listen and obey for there is no other way to advance in my kingdom. I am stirring things up inside of you and showing you what has been hidden underneath your nice facade. Turn from your sin, confess it and let me cleanse you from all unrighteousness. The blood of my Son cleanses you. Submit to me, as the first and final authority in your life. Humble yourself and give all of your heart to me. My love and favor will pursue you!

“Trust God from the bottom of your heart;
don’t try to figure out everything on your own.
Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;

Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil!

Father, Excavate Our Hearts

Whatever comes out of our mouths is a reflection of what’s in our hearts. For the believer, we endeavor to reflect the heart of Christ (which is LOVE). However, speaking the truth without love, always on blast, always discerning, degrading, discrediting one another to make oneself look “spiritual or better,” is the wrong reflection. It makes one ponder, in your own personal private time, is God always on blast with you?

Father, deliver us from ministering out of hurt, selfish ambition, unforgiveness, and all impure motives. Thank you Father, for excavating our hearts, for the building of your Kingdom, not ours. Selah

Make A Plan!

God said, “Be proactive not reactive.” Every action you make towards what you want, brings what you want closer to you. Don’t make the mistake of letting it seem distant or it will become far from you, because of the lack of action.

“The Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous, to famish: but he casteth away the substance of the wicked. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.” (Proverbs 10:3-5 KJV)
“He that diligently seeketh good procureth favor.” (Proverbs 11:27 KJV)

Even your thoughts are considered steps towards action or lack thereof.”The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.” (Proverbs 21:5 KJV)

Yahweh says, “Get a goal, make a plan.”

Say, “Yahweh, normally I would be working now, so I’m working in preparation for my next job assignment. So many hours a day, so many days a week, I’m dedicating to the job search. I’m trusting that by such and such date, I will have a job. ”

Make a plan! Set a goal! It’s not over! You’re not over. Just maintain productive activity for your goal, not just activity. Take charge of your day, get up early, command your morning, and capture your day, Receive what you desire!

The Snare Of The Mouth

Recently, I was reading (Proverbs 6:2)”Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art caught by the words of your mouth.” The word snare means entrapped or barbed. Then the Holy Spirit began to show me some words of entrapment (inner vows) in my heart. One was, “here we go again.”

The Lord said, “You’re saying this out of frustration and hurt because of a cycle or reoccurring problem of something undesired.” This is an inner vow or word of entrapment because you aren’t stopping the cycle but welcoming and continuing the cycle. Instead, you should say, “Lord, my life, my times are in your hands and I speak death to every cycle that is not a blessing in my life.” This will be the end of this curse and a new beginning.

Secondly, “Something is wrong with me”. He pointed out how this was an inner vow or word of entrapment. He said, “You are speaking this out of rejection from a person(s). You need to say, “I am wonderfully and fearfully made in the image and likeness of God. When he created me, he did it right. I am preserved, undamaged, intact, lacking nothing.”

Lastly, “I’m just anointed for mess, hurt, and abuse”. He pointed out, “This is not your portion, nor your daily benefits, or the more abundant life, I promised you.” What you should say, “I’m anointed to establish the Kingdom of God and his order. I’m anointed to be healed and bring healing to others. I’m anointed not to be abused but to bring healing to those abused, as well as the abuser.”

Then I began to repent and renounce the words of entrapment. Freedom came in and the snare was broken in these areas. Yahweh has not anointed you for mess, abuse, and hurt, but to be healed and bring healing, to be delivered from, and to conquer it. Death and Life are in the power of your tongue, speak death to the things of the enemy and life to the things of God Today!

Holy Spirit, show me any words of entrapment or inner vows that I have made, that I may repent, renounce, and thus destroy its altar in my life. Lord tear down every false altar in my heart til there’s only one altar in my heart reserved for You.

Speak words of FREEDOM, not words of entrapment…your life hinges on it.

God Supplies Our Oxygen

When you fly on a commercial airline, they instruct you to put your own oxygen mask on first, before assisting others. How many times do we try to help others, when we neglect getting our oxygen and life from Daddy God? We crash and burn, due to not having a close relationship with the most important One, our life source and sustenance.

Right priorities opens up many blessings. Spend time listening to Daddy God and obeying his instructions. Stop doing what seems right in your own eyes and neglecting spending time with Him. First, connect to the supply that comes from intimate relationship with Daddy God, before anything else. He is our oxygen supplier and sustainer!

“Knowing the correct password—saying ‘Master, Master,’ for instance—isn’t going to get you anywhere with me. What is required is serious obedience—doing what my Father wills. I can see it now—at the Final Judgment thousands strutting up to me and saying, ‘Master, we preached the Message, we bashed the demons, our God-sponsored projects had everyone talking.’ And do you know what I am going to say? ‘You missed the boat. All you did was use me to make yourselves important. You don’t impress me one bit. You’re out of here.’ (Matthew 7:21-23 MSG)

The Glory Of God’s Presence

Being in my presence begins, not with what you desire from me, but what I desire from you. Go up, lift up to the mountain, of the presence of the Lord, for a better scope, a better view of things; a stronger understanding of things; greater vision and new and improved perception from heaven!

Worried? Experience God’s Help!

Worry about your troubles, paralyzing you? God will never fail you. Pour out your troubles to him. Believe him and experience his help today!

Only God is my Savior, and he will not fail me.
For he alone is my safe place.
His wrap-around presence always protects me
as my champion defender.
There’s no risk of failure with God!
So why would I let worry paralyze me,
even when troubles multiply around me?
God’s glory is all around me!
His wrap-around presence is all I need,
for the Lord is my Savior, my hero, and my life-giving strength.
Join me, everyone! Trust only in God every moment!

Christ’s Character Within

Today, the Lord is pouring out fresh Grace, like dynamite sparkles of extraordinary glory and power. There is a river flowing with crystals of joy and delight, from God’s city, making glad the chosen people of God.

There is an army of “no names,” who intimately know My Name, rising in the earth. The Lord God Jehovah is fulfilling his promises to them. They are walking in a greater power and authority of Glory because of what they have allowed Me to walk them through, says the Lord. Their seat is in higher places. in the heavenlies, because they willingly took a back seat and lower seat, in the past. They move in a greater clarity and accuracy of Heaven, because of what they have endured and done without, in times past.

Character. Character. Christ’s Character is within them. Christ’s integrity lives in them, they are quick to listen, quick to reconcile, and quicker to repent, even when they are not even wrong. They do not fight to be right, they fight to love. These are they, washed in the blood of the Lamb. These are they, whom have come through great trials and tribulations. These are they, whom are not easily distracted because Love has captured their hearts. Heaven consumes them. The King of kings promotes them because they died to their self-will and live to fulfill God’s will.

Seasoned in wielding the Sword of the Lord, due to their times steeped in the fresh wineskin presence of the Lord, God’s holy nation is rising, as the Great Lion, devouring the devourer and inhabiting the earth. The supernatural power, ability, and influence of My Grace is their portion…Selah
