How Do You Measure Your Value?

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Sometimes we feel like something is wrong with us because something hasn’t happened. Don’t allow what hasn’t happened to measure how valuable you are.

Relationship Irritants

by Hazel Straub

Has irritation with another person, grown into obsession with their flaws? Their actions resulted in a reaction of frustration mixed with anger because their thorns caused you pain. You wanted them to change.

God, at this point, began to show you that you had the same things operating in your life. Your intolerance stemmed from the same faults in yourself. This person sharpens you like knife honed until it is sharp, due to the reset of the blade. The things that cause you grief make your character more like Jesus. Thank the Lord, for this one’s presence in your life and forgive.

In the same way that iron sharpens iron, a person sharpens the character of his friend. (Proverbs 27:17 VOICE)

What Is In The Heart Remains

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

If God hasn’t spoken to you, don’t make up anything. God wants our hearts not our words…

Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
(Matthew 15:7-9 KJV)

And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned. Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.” (Isaiah 29:12-14 KJV)

Some things are better caught (in the heart) and not taught (in the mind). When it’s in the head, it can be taken away, but when it’s in the heart, it remains.

The Lord’s True Sons And Daughters

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

True sons and daughters of the Lord will endure, and receive correction, endure hardness, as a good soldier, and grow through adversity.

True employees will obey their employers, communicate positively, and do their work heartily, to the Lord.

But the carnal, stubbornly rebellious, and immature, never will…Selah

Hungry And Thirsty For The Lord?

by Hazel Straub

The Lord says:

Do you have the same hunger for me as you have for food, possessions, comfort, and entertainment? Do you long to eat and drink the delicacies of my spiritual food and drink, more than anything else? I desire to sup with you but you are too busy. My heart yearns for you to spend more time with me, so I can satisfy your true thirst and hunger.

Rest and worship, as did the woman, who desired my presence more than the approval of men. She broke her alabaster box and poured its costly precious perfume, on my head, as fragrant worship that remained with me, when I laid down my life for you. (Matthew 26:6-13)

I long for worshipers that desire me more than anything else. It is time for you to cry out to me: Make me more hungry and thirsty for you, Jesus!

Oh, who will pay the price, to truly worship me, seeking me with their whole heart? Come away with me, my beloved.

“He has brought me to his banqueting place, And his banner over me is love [waving overhead to protect and comfort me]. (Song of Songs 2:4 AMP)

Trust The Good Shepherd!

by Hazel Straub

Yahweh is our shepherd and has promised that we will not lack. He guides and leads us into good pasture and to still water. We need to trust and follow his voice, when he asks us to take a step of faith and move from our old pasture. We have to trust him for excellent provision, as we leave the familiar. Procrastination and loving to do things our way have to go.

Many times we miss out on our blessings because we refuse to leave our comfort and follow his voice into unknown territory. When we listen and follow his voice, abundant provision above what we could imagine is ours. His presence goes with us and we can handle difficulty with ease, resting in his love. We leave the past behind us and have room to receive the precious gifts he has for us today.

Trust the Good Shepherd and follow where he leads!

Yahweh is my best friend and my shepherd.    I always have more than enough. He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace near the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life.  He opens before me the right path and leads me along in his footsteps of righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have!  Your authority is my strength and my peace.  The comfort of your love takes away my fear.  I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. Live In God’s Presence

by Hazel Straub

God calls us to live in his presence through his son, Jesus. He gives us abundant life but we must receive it. Too often we let doubt and unbelief rule and merely survive not thrive. Instead, when we trust in God, rivers of living water will flow out of us, bringing life.

The words of our mouth come out of our heart. When we agree with God, the words we speak bring vibrant life and agree with his Word. Meditate on and speak his words over your life. They are life to your body, soul and spirit.

Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones. Grace, Love, And Miracles Of Mercy

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Grace is the miracle working antidote for the poisonous injurious effects of sin, and Love is the cure-all for the paralyzing suggestions of fear, and mercy always disarms and renders void the antagonizing plots of self-sabotage.
