More importantly, God wants to hear our HEARTS when we worship, not our song selection, skills, and abilities. I’m coming back to the Heart of worship because it’s all about His Heart, not ours. His standards, not ours. His People, not ours.
True Worship is giving God what he desires DAILY, not a Cain offering.
A friend asked, “Where is all this Wealth God promised me?”
God said, “It’s in your giftings, use what I gave you and I will make room for you. The Wealth is in people, (true covenant relationships) and your gifts, fight to keep them (people) and don’t neglect to use them (gifts).”
Daddy God loves you and freely gives without rebuke, blame or shame, when you ask. Make your requests with full trust and confidence, without hesitation. When you hesitate in your mind, the thought process resembles extremely unstable waves tossed in the wind. Do not expect an answer from Daddy God, when you waver in doubt, with two minds about him.
Daddy God answers those who make requests with bold belief. Unfurl your umbrella over your head, confident of an immediate downpour, although it hasn’t rained for many months!
If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open. (James 1:5-8 MSG)
Whatever God has told you to do, he has already provided the means, for you. Everything pertaining to life and godliness. Do what you can and God will do the rest!
Discouraged, anxious, and stressed? No matter how the enemy tries to discourage and defeat us, when we cry to Yahweh, for help, he rescues us. He hears our groans, cries, and prayers, and answers us. His love never fails and he never gives up on us. Praise his name!
I love you, O Yahweh, my strength. Yahweh is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call upon Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. (Psalm 18:1-3 ESV)
First, “me,” Lord. Oftentimes, we can see someone else’s wrong, spirit, or fault, while neglecting to see our own. Wouldn’t be a sad thing to discern all these things that are wrong with everyone else, only to discover that the same things are living in oneself?
Try this prayer: before or when you see something in someone else. “Take it out of “me,” first Lord. Then I can minister to others in your love and humility.”
Yahweh kneels before you with his arms open wide to you, his much-loved child. Yahweh places a hedge of protection around you. Yahweh turns his face towards you with radiant acceptance. Yahweh walks with you today, giving provision and sustaining you. Yahweh provides you with his love, friendship and help. Yahweh’s favor goes before you. Yahweh releases you to know and to walk in your uniqueness and gifts. Yahweh sets in order all you need for wholeness and completeness. (Numbers 6:24-26)
