by Apostle Gabriel Cross
First, “me,” Lord. Oftentimes, we can see someone else’s wrong, spirit, or fault, while neglecting to see our own. Wouldn’t be a sad thing to discern all these things that are wrong with everyone else, only to discover that the same things are living in oneself?
Try this prayer: before or when you see something in someone else.
“Take it out of “me,” first Lord. Then I can minister to others in your love and humility.”

This reminds me of how Jesus said to remove the beam from our own eye before we point out the splinter in someone else’s. I was there this week brother—it happened middle of writing a post. I literally had to repent of my spiritual near-sightedness before finishing it. Your thoughts are timely, brother. Thank you, and God Bless.

It is so easy, brother, to look at others before we examine ourselves. Abundant blessings and God is blessing you!

Thank you for that bold, poetic reminder to open our eyes that we might see: He who has eyes to see, let him see. Now, I see what you are saying. Thank you for that “right now” word.
