Follow The Good Shepherd

Just because you have always done things the same way, in this new season, you have to shift. God, your Good Shepherd, wants you to listen and follow him, not stay where you are comfortable.

It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going. (Hebrews 11:8 NLT)

I feel like so much of ministry in this season is brand new. Sometimes I question if I’m becoming too radical.

Mmm. I feel like I am on the right path but then some around me tend to look askance.

The approval you need comes from obeying God. People pleasing never wins because people are not stable in their viewpoints. Jesus knew that those who applaud you today can crucify you tomorrow.

Change is good when it moves us closer to God.

Yes, when we change to walk closer to God, it is good. We get off course, when we fail to follow our Good Shepherd.

Yes, sometimes we need to make a shift to receive our blessings. I pray that God will give us the courage to do so. Thanks for sharing.
