Worried and fretting over something? Praise God and remember the many times he has blessed you. Pray your worries away, by giving them to God. He easily takes care of your concerns so you can rest, enjoy his wholeness and peace. Pray and realize Daddy God loves and cares for you..
Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. (Philippians 4:6-7 MSG)

You’re welcome, Diane. Get into God’s word and praise him. Jesus took all of our griefs and sorrows. As we praise him. the troubles cannot hold us. In Acts 16, Paul and Silas were beaten with rods and thrown into the inner prison and had their feet put in stocks.Their reaction was to praise and worship God at midnight. God came with an. earthquake and all the chains and stocks fell off of not only Paul and Silas but also all the prisoners. ‘The doors of the prison flew open. The jailer was going to commit suicide, but Paul told him all the prisoners were there. The. jailer washed the wounds of Paul and Silas, fed them and the jailer and his whole household received Jesus and were baptized. The magistrates who had beat Paul and Silas, Roman citizens, without a trial, came to the prison and released them. Everything changed with praise and worship to God.
