When God makes a promise, with full assurance it will happen. Although it might not happen on our time schedule, God will fulfill it. He is dependable and faithful. Believe it! He will fulfill all he has promised.
God is not a man, so he does not lie.
He is not human, so he does not change his mind.
Has he ever spoken and failed to act?

There’s a lady on YT that I’m trying to “get back” (by her own admission, she’s left Christianity). She uses this verse to “prove” Immanuel was not actually God incarnate and didn’t need to pay for anyone’s sins. Pray for her, her name is Luanne “Annie” Hunt.
