Change and painful transition surrounds us and what was routine in the past no longer fits or works. This season is uncomfortable and requires faith in God. He tells us to leave behind old habits and sins. He requires a higher commitment to follow what he asks without excuses.
Do not fret and stew, God will come through for you. Rest, trust, listen, and follow his voice. If you refuse to change, the painful cycle continues.
Jesus said: “My own sheep will hear my voice and I know each one, and they will follow me. I give to them the gift of eternal life and they will never be lost and no one has the power to snatch them out of my hands. My Father, who has given them to me as his gift, is the mightiest of all, and no one has the power to snatch them from my Father’s care. The Father and I are one.” (John 10:27-30 TPT)

Amen. Refusal to change can often hurt us more than change itself.

So true, David, when we choose to change, more of Jesus will be seen in us! Then we become agents of change to be a light to others.

Amen! When we change, we rely on God, and show more of him in our lives and less of the flesh!
