by Apostle Gabriel Cross
If you’re always talking about what happened (past) to you. Then you will always be living in what happened (past) to you.
…forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:13-14)
Refrain from the past and embrace your future…

I do rely on my past so I don’t make the same mistakes more than 2 or 3 times. I also read about the past in the Bible. But, I live in the present and look to my heavenly future.

“Stop dwelling on the past.
Don’t even remember these former things. I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and open up flowing streams in the desert.”(Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV) It is so important ti learn from the past but not to dwell there. Thank you for commenting.

Exactly what I needed to hear. I’m living neck-deep in the past daily.
