How Do You Treat Yourself?

Nobody can stop you from being loyal to the past, but you. No one can stop you from undervaluing, undermining, and discounting yourself, at the expense of someone else, or some substance, or some detriment you’re feeding or doing to your body. Every time you speak death over, hate on, or disparage yourself, you clip your wings from flying.

Amen! I came across the quote a few days ago, “If you’re tired of carrying around all that baggage, let it go.” The point to the Holy Spirit drove home to me is this: “David you have a CHOICE.” Blessings!
