Focus On The Lord

by Hazel Straub

Worried about the circumstances in your life? Concerned about your family, job, health, lack, instability in your location or the chaos, around you? No reason to get concerned because what happens now is merely a short time, compared to eternity. Focus your attention on Jesus, who gave his life for you and lives at the right hand of Daddy God, praying for you. No need to worry, God has you covered.

Praise the Lord! He is worthy of all our attention and honor. Surrender your cares to God and praise him!

So no wonder we don’t give up. For even though our outer person gradually wears out, our inner being is renewed every single day. We view our slight, short-lived troubles in the light of eternity. We see our difficulties as the substance that produces for us an eternal, weighty glory far beyond all comparison, because we don’t focus our attention on what is seen but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but the unseen realm is eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:16-18 TPT)

When in the midst of turmoil it is difficult to trust, but we can be assured it is for our glory to believe it is what makes us grow in the Lord!(Ephesians 3:13).God Bless your work in Him.

Julia, we do need to trust the Lord and he uses everything for his glory. The hard times Paul went through was for the Ephesian believers glory. Have a blessed day!
