No matter how many enemies surround you, fear, sickness, worries, aggression, lack, or anything else, God is always with you. When you dwell in his presence, nothing can harm you. In the secret place, his presence covers and protects you from harm. He is your lavish Provider.
Join me in praising the Lord, for his love, kindness, mercy, and goodness. Joy and thankfulness burst from my lips, for his keeping me safe and secure. Hallelujah!
Here’s the one thing I crave from God,
the one thing I seek above all else:
I want the privilege of living with him every moment in his house,
finding the sweet loveliness of his face,
filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace.
I want to live my life so close to him
that he takes pleasure in my every prayer.
In his shelter in the day of trouble, that’s where you’ll find me,
for he hides me there in his holiness.
He has smuggled me into his secret place,
where I’m kept safe and secure—
out of reach from all my enemies.
Triumphant now, I’ll bring him my offerings of praise,
singing and shouting with ecstatic joy!
Yes, listen and you can hear
the fanfare of my shouts of praise to the Lord! (Psalm 27:4-6 TPT)

One of my favorite Psalms, and the Passion translation brings such a brighter illumination to the Word.

Amen! I just blogged about how great God is in providing. My roommate was laid off in November but we had complete peace from day one and still have complete peace that He will take care of us and He has. Here it is almost the end of April and God every month has provided so we can pay the bills and have food. He is one awesome God.

The Passion Translation can be found on line at biblegateway.com and here is the link to this passage:https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm+27&version=TPT. Also you can find it on on line bookstores such as Amazon. All the New Testament is translated along with Psalms, Proverbs and a few other books. Most of it uses the Aramaric translation that Jesus spoke and gives it a freshness.
