Do you know the promises in the Word of God, about how God loves and wants to prosper you, beyond your understanding? Has doubt and unbelief replaced faith in God? Do you think that God only blesses those who are really good and you do not qualify?
No matter what flaws you have, God wants to bless your life. He loves you with a love that is deeper and wider than you can imagine. He paid the most expensive price for you, giving his Son Jesus’ life for you. You are very precious! When you receive Jesus into your heart, and come to Daddy God, Jesus’ righteousness makes you in right standing with Daddy God. His love qualifies you for the promises.
And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts, living within you as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love; and may you be able to feel and understand, as all God’s children should, how long, how wide, how deep, and how high his love really is; and to experience this love for yourselves, though it is so great that you will never see the end of it or fully know or understand it. And so at last you will be filled up with God himself. (Ephesians 3:17-19 TLB)

God’s love is overwhelming and His desire is to give to us abundantly. This is not the prosperity gospel that you do x and God has to to y … His love is extravagant and is provided at the very point of our need.

He really does want us to prosper…once we stopped thinking of materializm and started doing his work….WOW the blessings came showering down!

Yes! We need to be obedient to God and then the blessings flow. At times he blesses us even when we are disobedient. Romans 2:4 “Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?”
