Unforgiveness has nothing to do with how you feel, it is a choice of the heart. And besides, God, in Christ, has forgiven you of all your sin, how could you not then forgive the one one who has wronged you?

Amen! So true! Its like having a backpack full of rocks, the longer you carry it the heavier it gets but once you pour it out, letting go of it, what a difference it will make.
