THE LORD CAN HANDLE IT! Retire from worrying, analyzing, and rationalizing how and when.
Start trusting, expecting, and resting in knowing, God can. God can handle it. He specializes in things too hard for you to handle. period.

Speaking as someone who spent a lot of time worrying about things I could do nothing about and the possibility something might happen, I appreciate how difficult it is to change. I could not change this bad habit until I learned that only the Holy Spirit can help me make this change. This is not to say that I have conquered worrying, but thank God I am better than I used to be.

God is faithful! When we look back on our lives we see how most things we worried about never happened. Trusting God makes for better sleep and less stress. I’m glad Holy Spirit is helping you overcome worrying. Praising God instead of worrying changes our perspective.
