On my blog, I refer to faith as a “heart” decision…so many, myself included get stuck in our heads and make no spiritual progress until are hearts are touched by God’s Holy Spirit! Thank you for sharing your walk of faith !

This is so true and this is where wisdom comes in, and must be used. So many people want to be so intellectual until they feel as if they are smarter than God or can outsmart Him, not even thinking or realizing it is all because of God that they even have brains to think, and make them the person they are.

Knowledge puffs one with pride. Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the Knowledge of good and evil. They thought they could do better than God. However, God wants relationship with us. He wants to give us revelation that will change our lives rather than feeding our egos with knowledge.

So true. Being in our right mind is by God’s mercy and so being puffed up with ego due to what we think we know is outright stupidity. May God help our understanding that we are nothing without His love and mercy.
