Quit looking for rescue from your situation. Jesus lives undefeated and Holy Spirit leads you in triumph. Every negative thing that occurs in your life, sets you up for an upgrade. God wants to change how you think. Your circumstances are not the problem but your perception of your situation. Take it to the Lord and get his perspective on the issue. Do not tackle the problem from the same level that it seems. Ask instead, “Where is Jesus in my circumstances?” Forget the “Why me?” victim mentality. Instead ask, “What does this mean for my relationship with you and what do you want me to do?”
Your problems’ primary purpose is to make you change and become more like Jesus. God created you in his image. Unless you think like him, doubt, fear and unbelief become your anthem. Favor, goodness, possibility, with all things turning for your good, is the believer’s portion. He faithfully walks besides you and will never leave or forsake you. In your circumstances, look for God’s presence . Realize he is good. Allow him to captivate your heart and go higher!

This post reminded me of Romans 8:28-29. The first verse is familiar. The tag along verse is less repeated, but gives the why for the first part. Verse 28:, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” And verse 29: “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.”
