Walk In Your Season!

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

If you’ll walk through the doors, I’ll open them for you. Don’t just talk about your season, walk IN your season. It is Divine!

Hidden Treasure In The Word!

by Hazel Straub

Daddy God is trustworthy, loving, faithful and desires to restore us to close relationship with him, He asks that we come to him for help, as his children.

Daddy God gives clear and easily understood directions. His Word provides the guidance that we need. It is our treasure to search and lights our way.

There’s more: God’s Word warns us of danger
and directs us to hidden treasure.
Otherwise how will we find our way?
Or know when we play the fool?
Clean the slate, God, so we can start the day fresh!
Keep me from stupid sins,
from thinking I can take over your work;
Then I can start this day sun-washed,
scrubbed clean of the grime of sin.
These are the words in my mouth;
these are what I chew on and pray.
Accept them when I place them
on the morning altar,
O God, my Altar-Rock,
God, Priest-of-My-Altar. (Psalm 19:11-14 MSG)

Expose Your Heart—Worship!

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Deliberate Worshipers expose what’s in their hearts allowing the Father to heal their issues, thus becoming more intimate with the Father. While impulsive worshipers hide what’s in their hearts, refusing to deal with their issues, preventing them from becoming intimate with the Father. God wants your heart in worship not just worship…

Pour Out Your Heart To God!

by Hazel Straub

Pour out of your concerns, hurts, fears on God, crying out to him. He loves you and desires you express and give him all the things that bother and weigh you down. Make sure you release all your cares on the Lord and do not pick them back up. Let him tenderly care for you, as you experience freedom.

Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. (1 Peter 5:7 AMPC)

The Anointed

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Be careful what you call anointed, and not anointed. Sometimes we use the word anointed like it’s an adjective, based on something WE LIKE, while forgetting that the anointing isn’t predicated on our preferences but what GOD LIKES. The ANOINTING has nothing to do with talents, skills, or our abilities but GOD’s. Therefore, the ANOINTED aren’t who we choose, but whom GOD CHOSE.

And it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely the LORD’s anointed is before him. But the LORD said to Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD sees not as man sees; for man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the HEART. (1 Samuel 16:6-8)

Do You Listen To God?

by Hazel Straub

God is always speaking but we are not always listening. He speaks in the Word of God and we gain wisdom, when we study and mediate on it. We can ask God questions and an answer is voiced by an impression. Also, we might feel uncomfortable taking a certain ,action and find danger was averted. He also sends us wise counsel and correction for our benefit. When we listen, submit and obey instruction, life goes better for each one of us.

Hear counsel, receive instruction, and accept correction, that you may be wise in the time to come. Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand.(Proverbs 19:20-21 AMPC)

The Woman With The Issue And The Bride Of Christ

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

We, the Bride of Christ, are in a new position and great change is upon us. Previously, the church was like the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years, suffering many things and not getting better. The woman had spent all she had but could not be healed.

She said, within herself,”If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.” Immediately, after pressing her way through the crowd and touching the hem of Jesus’ garment, her blood stanched, she was made whole.

The church has been in the same position or spiritual stupor, preventing her from being intimate with the bridegroom because of her many issues. We have tried many programs, systems of man, and substitutes, for the pure glory of God. Nonetheless, the tables have turned, we have been shifted from the old, and our position has changed. Touching the hem of his garment and not what we’ve sown together. She is allowing God to deal with the issues of her heart, so she can be intimate with the bridegroom.

The church is no longer stooped over but she is standing in the presence of the King. The touching of Jesus’ hem brought wholeness. God is setting in order everything we need to be whole and complete. (Mark 5:24-28)

Never Give Up!

by Hazel Straub

Have you ever had a difficulty that you could not fix? This has happened many times in my life and took this blog off the publishing grid for about two weeks. Posts on Pure Glory have been published consistently, for about fifteen and one-half years. Then the publishing button quit working. Although I prayed and commanded that the button work, it did not. Nor did forums, WordPress, internet searches, and other things work to fix the problem. Persistent prayer and listening to the Lord, resulted in a change and we are back to publishing daily posts. God is good and helps us, when we surrender and rely on him, not giving up. Glory to Yahweh!

“Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand.’”

The Season Has Shifted!

Free Close-Up Photo of Flowers Stock Photo

by Hazel Straub

The season has shifted. It is time to bloom with the things that God has placed inside of you. Those desires for your life are ready to come out and shine.

No longer hidden but producing great results. Even though winter may still linger, get going and bloom!

For everything there is a season, time for every activity under heaven. (Ecclesiastes 3:1 NLT)
