Listen And Cease From Your Striving

by Hazel Straub

Be still and know that I am Lord. Rest and relax in me. I care for you. I desire your good and will not harm you. I am here for you. Keep your focus on me, the author and finisher of your faith.

Today is a new day. Listen to me and do not lean on your own understanding. Cease from your striving. Know my love and rest.

Psalm 46:10
“Let be and be still, and know (recognize and understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth!”

True Worshipers Please God

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

TRUE WORSHIPERS are people consumed with pleasing God, not pleasing themselves, (which is living, by subjectivity or by the impulses of what other people think.)

Quit Drinking Self-Hatorade

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

If you’re tired of being the way you are, don’t wallow in self-pity, don’t drink “self-hatorade,” quit speaking negative over-yourself, nor make excuses. Simply, do something about it. (Let go of all the negative energy, it doesn’t look good on you.) Praise looks so much better. *Smile*

Birthing Process Compassion

by Apostle Christiana Robinson

God wants us to have compassion, for those who are giving spiritual birth. When a person is giving birth, they go through many changes, much like a natural mother giving birth.

Look at the birthing process, from the eyes and perspective, of the husband or father. When the mother was about to give birth, the pain was unbearable. She experienced frustration, eager for the birthing process to end. She looked at her supporter, standing near her. The one who had supported her throughout the process was hoping that he could feel her pain. She squeezed his hand as hard as the pain and frustration she was feeling, desperate to hurry and give birth. He felt the squeeze of her hand and the pain of her squeeze. But he knew it was nothing compared to what she was going through. He began to feel a deeper compassion, for the one giving birth. His love for her grew so strong that he wished the frustration and pain she bore, was either his to carry to help her through it, or to pray that God would make it easier for her.

Understand, giving birth is not always easy. God is causing some to give birth and wants us to stand by each other side through the process. He wants us to have compassion, praying for them and loving them through it all. At times, you may even feel sympathy pain. But compassion, love, mercy and more love will help them through the birthing process. So when your sister, brother, pastor, apostle or friend, in Christ, is going through spiritual labor pains throughout the birthing process, encourage them. Don’t be like the one that says, “What’s wrong with you?” or “You are crazy!” Be the one that says, “I am interceding for you and I am with you.” Because your time is near, to give birth too and someone is praying for you.

Forgive Others Without Measure

by Hazel Straub

Pride always insists on being right. It says, “I forgave them of the same thing more than once and I will not forgive it again. I am right and what they did is not forgivable.” Pride goes before a fall and gives a false sense of security.

God, however, is calling for us to forgive, more times than we can count. It is better to forgive and release the person to God than being full of pride and unforgiveness. You think you are right but instead are dead wrong. Because when you choose not to forgive, you will not receive forgiveness from God. We all fail, offend others and need forgiveness. Release the offenders from your judgment. Speak blessings and do not curse them. Fight to love others and do not insist on being right. As you love and forgive others with humility, blessings of forgiveness will pursue and overtake you.

Matthew 6:14
“For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”

Value The Creator

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

I used to put all value on knowing a certain person, in order for certain things, to happen. Now I place all my value on knowing the Creator of persons, in order for certain things to happen.

God Provides The Means

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Whatever God has told you to do, he has already provided the means for you. Everything pertaining to life and godliness. Do what you can and God will do what you can’t.
