The decisions you make flow out of what you believe, think and speak. What you decree with your mouth, either positive or negative, determines your actions that will fulfill your destiny and multiply. When you consult God, listen, obey and meditate on his word, it will change your future and affect those that God brings into your life. Carefully, guard what you allow into your heart and what you meditate on because it will either produce life or death.

God is our gardener and prunes us in the proper season. A person may be pruned when dormant and after the coldest part of winter has passed. Sometimes in the midst of the summer, it is clear what branches are defective so they get removed. Other branches need pruning to correct their growth. Sometimes branches get pruned immediately, after the flowers fade in the spring so that they will become more productive. A sharp instrument quickly removes or prunes the branch. A master gardener knows when and where to prune, for much fruit.
We, as branches attached to the vine, Jesus, do not always enjoy the pruning process. We would like to stay the same, but the gardener decides what needs removal so there will be a higher yield of fruit. Yielding, after an examination, makes the process quicker. You can cooperate with the process by letting destructive habits and toxic emotions go under the cutting shears. If this has been your time of pruning, rejoice because you will be much more productive in the new season.

What is the key to living with blessings overflowing your life? It is listening to the voice of God and obeying him. His plans are to prosper you as you trust and have faith in him. Submitting to God’s will, results in more blessings than you can contain.
If you listen obediently to the Voice of God, your God, and heartily obey all his commandments that I command you today, God, your God, will place you on high, high above all the nations of the world. All these blessings will come down on you and spread out beyond you because you have responded to the Voice of God, your God:
God’s blessing inside the city,
God’s blessing in the country;
God’s blessing on your children,
the crops of your land,
the young of your livestock,
the calves of your herds,
the lambs of your flocks.
God’s blessing on your basket and bread bowl;
God’s blessing in your coming in,
God’s blessing in your going out.
God will defeat your enemies who attack you. They’ll come at you on one road and run away on seven roads.
God will order a blessing on your barns and workplaces; he’ll bless you in the land that God, your God, is giving you.
God will form you as a people holy to him, just as he promised you, if you keep the commandments of God, your God, and live the way he has shown you.
All the peoples on Earth will see you living under the Name of God and hold you in respectful awe.
God will lavish you with good things: children from your womb, offspring from your animals, and crops from your land, the land that God promised your ancestors that he would give you. God will throw open the doors of his sky vaults and pour rain on your land on schedule and bless the work you take in hand. You will lend to many nations but you yourself won’t have to take out a loan. God will make you the head, not the tail; you’ll always be the top dog, never the bottom dog, as you obediently listen to and diligently keep the commands of God, your God, that I am commanding you today. Don’t swerve an inch to the right or left from the words that I command you today by going off following and worshiping other gods. (Deuteronomy 28:1-14 Message)

How we think brings in a harvest. If our thoughts are full of faith, we will see fulfillment for that which we trust God. If we entertain and meditate on fear and worry, we will multiply anxiety and have no peace.
Daddy God, I invite you to search my heart and know my mind. Test me and know my thoughts. See if my thinking, leads me on a destructive path. I let go and leave behind worry, fear, insecurity selfishness, control and depending on myself, and not on you. I turn from my sins and invite you, to do a supernatural work in my heart. Lead me in an everlasting path, Lord. I focus my eyes and think on your goodness and love, while I rest in you. I am sowing trust and faith in you, Lord, so I can harvest a bumper crop of peace, while I live in your presence. Thank you for your mercy and love.
Do not err; God is not put to shame, for anything that a man sows he reaps. (Galatians 6:7 ABIPE)

When Yahweh is your Shepherd, his leading of you is good. It is not the job of the sheep to find the best pasture, but only to follow the Shepherd. There is no need to worry or fret because he leads you into abundant provision and you will not lack or want anything, as you listen and obey his instructions. Let him carry your cares and enjoy the goodness of the Good Shepherd.
Yahweh is my Shepherd, so I am never in need. He makes me lie down and rest in green lush pastures. He leads me besides peaceful waters, where I can easily drink my fill. He renews and refreshes my soul. He leads me in cycles of righteousness, for the sake of his name. (Psalms 23:1-3)

Forgiveness means releasing the resentment, bitterness, blame, hostility, hatred, anger and fear that you have towards someone who has transgressed against you or even yourself. It also means to cancel the need to punish the offender. Releasing the offender from your judgment, allows God to deal with the offender. Forgiveness is an act of the will, not an emotion.
When we do not forgive, however, we rehearse the wrongs and dwell in the poison, we intend for others. Often, when we haven’t forgiven, we engage in negative thoughts and emotions and relive the trauma, without any resolution. Unforgiveness adds high stress to one’s body and mind that opens one up for chronic physical disease or mental torment and mental illness. The cost of unforgiveness is extremely costly to one’s self.
When we accept Jesus as our Savior, our sins are forgiven. In order to receive forgiveness, however, we need to cancel the debt owed us, by others. If we do not release the offender, we stew in our own bitterness and anger that we want the offender to drink. This bitter root grows and effects not only the one living, as a victim but also those in relationship with them. (“…lest any root of bitterness spring up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled.” Hebrews 12:15)
Jesus told a parable about a king in Matthew 18:23-25 who had a servant who owed him millions of dollars and couldn’t repay the debt. The servant asked for mercy and the king had compassion and cancelled the debt. Then the servant went to a fellow servant and demanded payment for a lessor debt of a few dollars and refused to have mercy and threw him in prison until the debt was paid. When the king learned of this, he threw the unforgiving servant in prison and delivered him to the tormentors. Jesus said we would have the same treatment, if we did not forgive others from our heart. When we forgive, we become victorious with no place for the enemy to steal, destroy and kill us. Our prayers reach God unhindered and we can enjoy living, without the regret and shame of reliving the past and never healing.
Enjoy true freedom and begin the journey of healing. Cancel the debts of others, forgive yourself, and live life to the fullest, today!
