How Do You Treat Yourself?

Prayer Of Repentance

Today Lord God, I submit my will to your will and humble myself, before you. I turn from my wicked ways and return to you with a changed tender heart. My ears attuned to the Word of God, fully aligned, obedient and following your commands. Submitted and surrendered to your will not mine. Staying in your loving presence, listening, holding onto your hand and not letting go. My trust is in you and I will walk by faith, in your grace, through Jesus, my Lord. Amen

For this is what the high and majestic one says,
    the one who fills the eternal realm with glory,
    whose name is Holy:
    “I dwell in high and holy places
    but also with the bruised and lowly in spirit,
    those who are humble and quick to repent.
I dwell with them to revive the spirit of the humble,
    to revive the heart of those who are broken over their sin. (Isaiah 57:15 TPT)

Worshipping God Brings Victory!

Problems are common to everyone. Doubt, fear, worry, and negative emotions, act as fuel, to keep the challenges alive. Complaining, steals our ability to fight. However, when we turn our focus to God, with an attitude of praise, worship, and rejoicing, the issues cannot consume and grip us.

View the negative circumstances, as an opportunity to overcome and become stronger. Worship God, in the midst of the storm. Praise God immediately, focusing on him, not the problem.

God wants to give you the strategy and resources from heaven to overcome. Jesus told us to pray, “Father, your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) There is no lack in heaven and God delights to give to you abundantly, whatever you need. Thanksgiving gives us energy, strategy and resources. from heaven for victorious abundant life!

Ancient Judah was faced with huge enemy army and a prophet gave them this strategy. He said, “Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says: Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. (2 Chronicles 20:15 NLT) Then the people worshipped and praised God and God supernaturally defeated their enemies. What he did for them, he will do for you!

Trust The Lord

Trust me, love me, quickly obey me, your worship part
Trust me, I am faithful and true, focus and come to me
Trust me, obey my Word “Come to me,” blessings you see

Trust me, trust me, do not lean on your mind, or intellect
Trust me, trust me, listen, obey your pure worship perfect
Trust me, in the storms, earthquakes, pain, circumstances
Trust me, receive my love your loving obedience enhances

Trust me, trust me, match my heartbeat with your heartbeat
Trust me, trust me, abide in the vine, resting and complete
Trust me, trust me, quick to obey the best worship to me
Trust me, trust me, focus your eyes on me, blessings see

Jesus replied, “Loving me empowers you to obey my word. And my Father will love you so deeply that we will come to you and make you our dwelling place. But those who don’t love me will not obey my words. The Father did not send me to speak my own revelation, but the words of my Father. (John 14:23-24 TPT)

A Key To An Abundant Life

Show mercy and compassion first, to yourself, before you can give it to others. If you fail to be merciful to yourself, you will have none to give to others. We receive mercy and compassion from our Heavenly Father, and need to extend it to ourselves first, so we can show others the same. No criticism, condemnation, and judgment in your flesh, for yourself or others. God is merciful and compassionate to us. Also, in the same manner we receive forgiveness, forgive ourselves for mistakes and extend it to others. Giving mercy, compassion, and forgiveness are the best gifts, we can give to ourselves and to everyone else.

What you measure to others, comes back to you. This is a key to having an abundant life, with overflow!

“Overflow with mercy and compassion for others, just as your heavenly Father overflows with mercy and compassion for all.” Jesus said, “Forsake the habit of criticizing and judging others, and you will not be criticized and judged in return. Don’t condemn others and you will not be condemned. Forgive over and over, and you will be forgiven over and over. Give generously and generous gifts will be given back to you, shaken down to make room for more. Abundant gifts will pour out upon you with such an overflowing measure that it will run over the top! The measurement of your generosity becomes the measurement of your return.” (Luke 6:36-38 TPT)
