So if while we were still enemies, God fully reconciled us to himself through the death of his Son, then something greater than friendship is ours. Lord God, I put my trust in you. I seek you with every fiber of my being. My soul is dry and I thirst and long for you. Your presence is the only one that can satisfy me. Your steadfast love and kindness is better than life. Your power,, glory, and majesty awes me.
I give you all my praise and worship. The fruit of my mouth exalts your holy name. I lift my hands in surrender and worship. With excitement in heart and overflowing joy, I offer you praise, for you are my constant help, strength, sustainer, and refuge.
How often could we avoid trouble in our lives, if we first listen, lead with our ears and keep the lips zipped? We have two ears and one mouth, for a reason. Full surrender to God, our gardener, allows him to make us into an oasis of life. Listening to him requires action and obedience.
My dearest brothers and sisters, take this to heart: Be quick to listen, but slow to speak. And be slow to become angry, for human anger is never a legitimate tool to promote God’s righteous purpose. So this is why we abandon everything morally impure and all forms of wicked conduct. Instead, with a sensitive spirit we absorb God’s Word, which has been implanted within our nature, for the Word of Life has power to continually deliver us. Don’t just listen to the Word of Truth and not respond to it, for that is the essence of self-deception. So always let his Word become like poetry written and fulfilled by your life!
If you listen to the Word and don’t live out the message you hear, you become like the person who looks in the mirror of the Word to discover the reflection of his face in the beginning. You perceive how God sees you in the mirror of the Word, but then you go out and forget your divine origin. But those who set their gaze deeply into the perfecting law of liberty are fascinated by and respond to the truth they hear and are strengthened by it—they experience God’s blessing in all that they do! Holy Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I run to you because you will never let me down. I come to you because you cannot fail. I trust you, Father because you disarm and teach me how to disarm my enemies with love. Deliver me speedily, for you are my rock of defense and fortress of trust. Pull me out of the net they have laid privily for me, for you are my strength and safety zone. Into your hands I commit my spirit, for You have redeemed me, God of truth. What a stack of blessings you have piled up for those who worship you, ready and waiting for all who run to you, to escape an unkind world. You hide me safely away from the opposition. Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for me, goodness which You have wrought for those who trust and take refuge in You before the sons of men! In the secret place of Your presence, You hide me from the plots of men; You keep me secretly in Your pavilion, from the strife of tongues.
Blessed be the Lord! For He has shown me His marvelous loving favor when I was beset as in a besieged city. In an impossible situation, with nowhere to turn? Sick or fighting addiction? Having problems with reoccurring sin? Fearful and burdened with anxiety? Is there something you cannot overcome? Concerned about the government? Worried about corruption, your family? Concerned about inflation and having your needs met?
You have a secret weapon. Prayer to Daddy God through Jesus is most effective. Things and people change, with prayer from the righteous. Believe and receive!
Confess and acknowledge how you have offended one another and then pray for one another to be instantly healed, for tremendous power is released through the passionate, heartfelt prayer of a godly believer! Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers. He actually shut the heavens over the land so there would be no rain for three and a half years! Then he prayed again and the skies opened up over the land so that the rain came again and produced the harvest. (James 5:16-18 TPT)
The devil is jealous and intimidated of you. From the moment you were created, the devil was against you, because Yahweh created you to release and communicate his glory. The devil used to lead the heavenly praise and worship to our Awesome, Majesty, Yahweh, but he got demoted because of his pride. Guess who got the job? YOU DID! (Hallelujah!)
He, the devil knows that when the redeemed worshiper says SO, it is SO. He knows that the more you praise and worship the King, the more your heart is turned over to the King. He knows that when you open your mouth in praise, you silence the mouth of the enemy and cause his hands to be stilled. This is so POWERFUL, the enemy even knows, he only has the power of suggestion, BUT YOU, THE TRUE WORSHIPER, HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE POWER OF COMMAND!
Yes, the devil is jealous and intimidated by you. The reason Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords is because he made YOU AND I a (spiritual) king, and (supernatural) warlord. You are a sweet praise and lethal weapon of worship, in the hands of The Lord!
There is more POWER in your mouth than the devil will ever have over your life, release the Glory! Release your Praise! Release your Worship! When you praise your enemies are defeated and when you worship the Lion of Judah will ROAR IN YOUR DEFENSE TODAY!!!!!
No matter how many times you stumble and fall, you can always get back up. Keep your eyes on the Lord and attend to his sweet presence. Keep moving and he will help you, to continue your journey. Do not quit!

Isn’t it obvious that all runners on the racetrack keep on running to win, but only one receives the victor’s prize? Yet each one of you must run the race to be victorious. A true athlete will be disciplined in every respect, practicing constant self-control in order to win a laurel wreath that quickly withers.
