Do you live by your emotions? God calls us to live not by our feelings but by faith (trust, belief and secure) in God. Emotions change constantly but when we hear, listen and obey the Word of God (Bible) we get faith. The Word of God gives us the good news of the love of God through Jesus the Christ and our faith, trust, and belief in God makes us secure.
So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. (Romans 10:17 KJV)

Yes, faith in God brings a step by step journey of seeing God fulfill it. There is joy in holding the baby!

his is so true—our emotions rise and fall, but His Word never changes. Romans 10:17 is such a good reminder that faith comes from hearing, and hearing the Word of God. Thank you for sharing this truth—it encouraged me to lean less on how I feel and more on what God says.
