Pure Glory

My ears were created to hear You (your voice)
My mouth was created to speak as your voice
My heart was created to obey your voice

The Voice of the Lord is my song
I can hear my lover calling me to his chambers
I can hear the thunder and the Fury of his love for me

I discern his sound beckoning and wooing me
His sound is my joy
His sound is my joy

I lay down everything I’ve placed before you, my desires, my ambitions, my dreams, even the way I think things should be.
I lay it all down at your feet and I crown you as Lord and place you as King of my heart.
