Your Heart And Worship

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Isn’t it strange how worshipers of God, can discern and expose the wrong that someone else is doing or has done, but can never discern and expose the wrong they’re doing or have done? The words that come out of their mouths usually define how false and shallow their worship is. However, how well you love others, (flaws and all), defines how true and deep your worship is.

Many say they worship and love Me but their “hearts” are far from Me… (Matthew 15:8)

  3. This is true that there are those who will forever point the finger at others doing wrong. On the other hand if we truly love the Lord we love what He loves and hate what He hates, and when we as christians forewarn as we are called to do it is put into the light that we are judging. Sadly people have learned the passage of Matthew 7:1, but seldom learn the second verse of how with what judgment we judge it will be measured back to us. God does not want us to see others doing what we know is not in line with His word and say God does not have a problem with it. (Malachi 2:17) (Proverbs 21:3).
    Strength and Blessings.

    • Julia, what you say is true. It’s so important to apply the Word of God to ourselves first. Blessings of love as you follow Jesus!
