I heard a podcast with an expert on the human brain the other day. He shared that the function of our brain that remembers the past also predicts the future. My take away was that thinking negatively about the past (something I do all too often) unnecessarily clouds the future. Don’t lie to yourself, but keep your thoughts as positive as possible. God is with us!

Amen! Philippians 2:8 is more and more important as life gets darker by evil forces that are mad. Mad because they know Jesus reigns and is coming again! Lime living for His glory! From Paul:
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is praiseworthy – think about such things. Whatever you have learned from me or seen in me – put it into practice – and the God of peace will be with you.”
