by Apostle Gabriel Cross
If you know how to worry, then you know how to meditate. Meditate on what God promised you, not on how the enemy lied to you.

How very true! What is worry apart from meditating on the wrong things?

I love it, brother! This is proof that a great post need not be 1000 words long! I once knew a woman who owned a little convenience store. She used to tell her teenage employees, “If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!” Her point was they all had the time to do what was needed. It’s the same way with worry or mediation. It’s up to us to choose the direction of our thoughts. Blessings!

Meditating on God’s word gives me strength and joy to face the world and tells me how I can share God’s love with my fellow human beings.
