  6. Correction is done without love almost always. The best word for that would be penance: The act of paying for your Wrongdoings…Most often the form of love That would be comparable is To be chastised… From the word Penance derives the word Penitentiary and in such an institution no love is provided by the authorities that dole out corrective measures…

    • Donald thank you for your insights. Love mingled with correction makes a much better combination! The penitentiary leaves most bitter. Loving correction puts one back on course!
