Water, we all need it. Without a drink of water, most would not survive longer than 3 days because 60 to 70% of our body consists of water. Water gives life, hydrates, moisturizes, regulates normal temperature, lubricates the joints, protects the spinal cord, organs and sensitive tissues. It makes nutrients and minerals usable and accessible, carries oxygen and nutrition to the cells, keeps the blood flowing, helps the metabolism and flushes and cleanses toxic waste. Without adequate intake of water, disease multiplies, low blood pressure and headaches occur, water congregates outside the cells like a stagnant pond, constipation occurs with toxic waste, fatigue occurs, reduces brain function, and results in brain fog.
Jesus gives those who accept him as Lord of their lives living water, and quenches their thirst. He is the Living Water! This water produces wonderful changes in not only their body but soul and spirit. It cleanses, purifies and is life-giving water! Drink deeply and enjoy the best tasting water! It will stream from your belly and give life to others.
Jesus answered, “If you drink from Jacob’s well you’ll be thirsty again and again, but if anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never thirst again and will be forever satisfied! For when you drink the water I give you it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, springing up and flooding you with endless life!” (John 4:13-14 TPT)

Thank you for the reminder that the Living Water of Christ springs up from within—not from without. From the heart, not something with a screen. God Bless you.
