Meditation From Your Heart

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

If you know how to worry, you know how to meditate. You work and do many activities, while worrying. Think instead about what the Lord means to you.

“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock and my redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14 ASV)

“If you know how to worry, you know how to meditate.”- Very nice thought. Yes, it is very true. If we know how to cry,we must know how to laugh.

True, we not only cry but must also laugh. Even more thanking God for his love and kindness to us, makes everything go much better.
