Faithful is God, who sends us the message of hope. We are not alone, we are God’s children and he lovingly watches over us. No matter what we face, God keeps his promises.
Let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. (Hebrews 10:22-23 NLT)

You cannot apply humanly attributes like (faithful, loving) to god. Because you are the same person calling him supernatural. If he is supernatural, he is way out from laws of natural universe. These characteristics (faithful, loving) can be applied only in natural universe. This is like making advance version of human being.

God loves all. He is faithful even to those who do not believe in him. “To show that you are the children of your Father Who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and makes the rain fall upon the upright and the wrongdoers [alike].” (Matthew 5:45 AMPC)
