Tired? Spend time, worshipping God and thanking him for his love, life and light. Rest in him and give all your cares to him. Things go so much better when we give our concerns to him, and rest. This brings restoration and refreshing. Try it!
So now I’ll lie down and sleep like a baby—

Yes that is so easy to overlook in everyday life but it is so true. Only God can truly help us and comfort us.

Yes, it makes such a difference to rest in him, giving him our problems and praising him for how he cares for us. He definitely helps and comforts us. It makes such a difference when we do this.
