Amen—so why doesn’t the church act like it? Could it be lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and pride of life?

The church acts like this because they do not realize the victory Jesus has given them. They are distracted by what they see in the natural and miss the reality of Jesus’ victory. Then they substitute things that do not satisfy.

Such an encouragement. This concept is one I continually remind myself of “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me!” (Phil 4:13)
