got pricked by a rose bush a few days ago as me and hubby were pruning some bushes…when that happened i immediately thought of the crown of thorns that pierced his head…then i saw the little drop of blood coming out of my finger, and immediately i knew He was speaking to me by reminding me about His blood that was shed for all mankind…it was a beautiful moment, but it pricked my thinking and brought me deeper that day and thankful for the benefits He’s provided for us…thanks for this post, it was a beautiful reminder of what a wonderful Savior and Friend we have b/c of what He’s done for us.
