It is not our faithfulness but Jesus’ faithfulness that sees us through the good and bad times. When he promises to do something for us, it happens. Not on our time-table but on the Lord’s. Rest in his being faithful for your healing, growth, needs, etc. When you run out of belief, rest on his Word, which never fails.
Sarah believed God and had a baby at the age of 90. What was not possible, became reality because she believed God. Belief in God’s promises yields great rewards.
Hebrews 11:11-12 (MSG)
By faith, barren Sarah was able to become pregnant, old woman as she was at the time, because she believed the One who made a promise would do what he said. That’s how it happened that from one man’s dead and shriveled loins there are now people numbering into the millions.

He is faithful. All His promises are yea and amen. He CANNOT lie. He CANNOT break His Word. What an incredibly amazing God!

It’s amazing what God will do with our “mustard seed-sized” faith, isn’t it?
