by Apostle Gabriel Cross
Worship is your warfare and Your praise defeats the enemy. Yahweh is your BATTLE-AXE and your BANNER OF VICTORY. But you will not even need to fight. TAKE YOUR POSITIONS; (worship Him withal your heart) then stand still and watch the Lord ’s victory.
“He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. DO NOT BE AFRAID OR DISCOURAGED. Go out against them (enemies of your soul) tomorrow, FOR THE LORD IS WITH YOU! Then King Jehoshaphat bowed low with his face to the ground. And all the people of Judah and Jerusalem did the same, WORSHIPING THE LORD. ..the king appointed singers to walk ahead of the army, singing to the Lord and praising him for his holy splendor. This is what they sang: “Give thanks to the Lord; his faithful love endures forever!” At the very moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused (all their enemies to turn on themselves) the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves.”
When you WORSHIP Yahweh, you cause your enemies to turn upon themselves, and none can escape the powerful presence of the Lord. So when the army of Judah arrived at the lookout point in the wilderness, all they saw were dead bodies lying on the ground as far as they could see. Not a single one of the enemy had escaped. King Jehoshaphat and his men went out to GATHER THE PLUNDER. (IT’S TIME TO GATHER IN THE PLUNDER AND RAKE IN THE SPOILS OF THE ENEMY). They found vast amounts of equipment, clothing, and other valuables—more than they could carry. (THE PRESENCE OF YAHWEH ALWAYS CREATES MORE THAN ENOUGH) There was so much plunder that it took them three days, just to collect it all! On the fourth day, they gathered in the Valley of Blessing, which got its name that day BECAUSE THE PEOPLE PRAISED AND THANKED THE LORD THERE. (In order to get to the place called “THERE”, you must worship and praise your way THERE. It is still called the Valley of Blessing today. “Then all the men returned to Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat leading them, overjoyed that the Lord had given them victory over their enemies. (2 Chronicles 20:17, 18, 21, 22, 24-27 NLT)
As you worship Yeshua, the Lion of Judah roars in your defense and he is giving you THE VICTORY OVER YOUR ENEMIES TODAY!
HAllELUJAH!!! Yes Praise is the weapon. Gister wat ons so laat van die kerk gekom het,toe die pastor vi ons omtrent laat Praise na die service,el kan gevoel het hoe goed afbreek van my af.

What an important word. I think I need to re-read this on a regular basis. Even though we know it is true, we need to remind ourselves when we’re in the midst of so many battles. Thank you for reminding us today.

Time to get out my lion flag and fly it high. We used to have a dance/flag worship troupe at our church. Unfortunately, when our pastor moved to heaven, this came to a close. I still dance at home, though.

King David danced before Yahweh for the joy of worship. He danced in public with wild abandonment and offended his wife. She was barren the rest of her days. Worship dance is great wherever you want to worship and it changes the atmosphere in the market place, at home and in church. Get out your lion flag and dance in worship to the King of Kings!

I’ll have to take a picture of it and put it in a post. It’s absolutely beautiful – oranges, reds, yellows…Holy Spirit colors. I love it! I’m not shy about public worship…good grief, I walk around singing praise songs everywhere I go! That’s probably why I enjoy so much peace.
He’s so worthy of all of my praise. To Him be the glory and honor forever, amen!

Zephaniah 3:17
“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.””
This is today’s verse from the RSS feed on my blog. You may be onto something there!
