Wisdom Listens And Learns

God is working on the character of each believer. At times, someone in authority will speak truth into our lives. Pride causes one to argue to seem right. But the one with wisdom listens, receives and implements instruction.

Proverbs 13:10 (NIV)
Where there is strife, there is pride,
but wisdom is found in those who take advice.

Its interesting … I am compleating a course by correspondence about Hearing from God and just last night the challenge was given … how well we listen (to anyone) is indicative of how well we hear from God … it made me listen to others just a little more carefully today 🙂 thank you, and blessings God is Good!
