Fear and anxiety rob one of the joy of the present. Worry changes your vision from trust in God, to all the immobilizing what ifs . . . Instead he wants us confidently looking at him and not alarmed by what appears a disaster approaching. God is for us and nothing can successfully oppose us. So we are calm and not apprehensive over the testings and trials. God is our security on whom we rely because he is faithful and trustworthy.
Isaiah 41:10 (Amplified Bible)
“Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.”
