Father, Raise Our Love Levels Beyond The Convenient

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Father RAISE our love levels, that we will go beyond the convenient, the mundane, and mediocre, and go after the pure presence of God, wholeheartedly.

Raise our love levels that when we love, we would love regardless, whether we receive a monetary offering, AKA-paid recognition or not.
Raise our love levels so that we will lower ourselves to help someone else without expecting worldly acclaim.
Raise our love levels so that our sole desire is not building our own personal kingdom but establishing the Kingdom of God!

Raise our love levels so high that the “what about Me syndrome” becomes so low and extinct.
Raise our love levels so that we will become dissatisfied with being sermonized and become only gratified with being circumcised with the present truth.

Raise our love levels that “we” will turn over our tables, our agendas, our plans, our programs, our titles, our concepts of what we call worship, in our churches and really bow our wills down to the King, who made us kings and say this will be a house of worship for all nations, not all programs.

Raise our love levels that worship will not be the preliminary, before a sermon, but the exemplary requirement before being ordained; we must be a “true worshiper” in the purest sense. Who wants to be ordained by someone, who only watches me worship or worships now and then?

Raise our love levels that even when we don’t agree, we will not try to ruin our brothers or sisters reputation.
Raise our love levels that we will rise, as the redeemed and pray for our President Barack Obama, (like we really believe God), instead of destructively criticizing him thus bringing curses on ourselves.

Raise our love levels that we are consistent with our covenant relationships and inconsistent with our old wineskins and old “mindskins.”
Raise our love levels so that we will show the world, not our gifts, but our love one for another.
Raise our love levels so that our churches will be distribution centers of God’s Glory and not institution centers for man’s glory.

Raise our love levels that we will refrain from the rhetoric and commercial lingo of religion, in the kingdom, until we get the heart of the King.
Raise our love levels that we will retire from merely dictating the worship, to coming to worship with no agendas or preconceived ideas.

Raise our love levels that we will no longer be tickled and deceived by settling for high performance and programmed services and gather, as the prophets, priests and kings, desiring a pure flow from heaven.
Raise our love levels that we as leaders will realize that God didn’t give it all to us (only) but allow our mature sons and daughters to minister to us sometimes; to keep us from being lifted up in spiritual pride.

Raise our love levels Lord, that we as leaders would not only receive financial support. as we minister to our sons and daughters but that we are positioned to also give financial support to our sons and daughters; thus they will not have to struggle like we did.

Raise our love levels that we as leaders would fall on our knees today and repent for what we’ve made Judah, a whorehouse where the anointing is diluted and prostituted by “what we want to give, and what we want to hear,” instead of what “God wants to hear and receive.”

Forgive us for selling or spiritually prostituting, the anointing on our gifts (minstrels, psalmist, prophets, helps), for a good performance, trying to be an American idol or church’s idol, the top ten, crowd pleaser, time constraint, our song selection, appeasing the flesh, Cain’s offering instead of Abel’s offering.
May we turn into David, when we rise from our knees and serve the shewbread to all who are hungry, so that everyone’s needs are met above.
