Love Challenge

Washing of feet on Maundy Thursdayby Apostle Gabriel Cross

Love beyond yourself.

If your love doesn’t carry you beyond yourself, it isn’t love. “And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; Though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved,” (2 Corinthians 12:15). In the natural, one loves expecting love in return. Paul says, “I do not care whether you love me or not, I am willing to destitute myself completely, not merely for your sakes, but that I may draw you to God.

The real test for the Bride is not in her preaching the gospel, but washing the feet of others, and doing things that do not count in the actual estimate of men, but matters for everything in the eyes of God. God delights in the bride when she spends herself out for God’s interest, in other people, not caring what the cost will entail; and doing it gladly. A lot of what we call love is really affection because it doesn’t go beyond ourselves. Love beyond yourself today, and love your Hater.

Dance With The Joyful

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Jeremiah 31:2-4
“The people who survive the sword will find favor in the desert; I will come to give rest to [You].” The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt… Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful.” [Have a party.]

The Glory Not The Story

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Focus on the Glory, not the story.

Romans 8:17-19
“And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time (this present life) are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us and for us and conferred on us! For [even the whole] creation (all nature) waits expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s sons to be made known [waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship].”

Focus on the Glory…not the story.

About Your Friends

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Your friends see the best in you.
Your friends know all about you and still love you.
Your friends mean well even when they hurt you but the faithful kisses of an enemy are to do you in.

Your friends are trustworthy if they correct you.
Your friends sharpen you, as iron sharpens iron.
Your friends love at all times.
Your friends cover your transgressions in prayer, but enemies will exploit them.

Your friends celebrate you when you’re rewarded.
Your friends are near in need and in deed.
Your friends never leave but remain friends for life.

Your friends will support you in love infinitely.
Your friends are forgiving and forbearing because the friendship is more valuable than their differences.

1 Samuel 1-4
“And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking unto Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.”

Your friends will love you as they love themselves; knit together for life.
Go ahead thank God for Your Friends.

About Your Enemies

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Your enemies are really your friends but don’t know it yet.
Your enemies bring out the best in you.
Your enemies are your greatest fanfare.
Your enemies make your rough edges smooth.

Your enemies are going to live long enough to see you fulfill ALL your destiny.
Your enemies push you to new realms of worship and intercession.
Your enemies confirm how powerfully significant you really are.
Your enemies are now the people who are putting you UP, who were the people putting you DOWN.

Your enemies are at peace with you when your ways please the Lord.
You’re so blessed, that your enemies come at you one way and flee in seven other directions.
Your enemies are anointed to serve a purpose for God in your life.

“But as for you, (your enemies) ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.” (Genesis 50:20)

Go ahead thank God for “your enemies.”

Genesis 50:17-20
“So shall you say to Joseph: Forgive (take up and away all resentment and all claim to requital concerning), I pray you now, the trespass of your brothers and their sin, for they did evil to you. Now, we pray you, forgive the trespass of the servants of your father’s God. And Joseph wept when they spoke thus to him.
Then his brothers went and fell down before him, saying, See, we are your servants (your slaves)!
And Joseph said to them, Fear not; for am I in the place of God? [Vengeance is His, not mine.]
Joseph replied, “Don’t be afraid. Do I act for God? Don’t you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people. Easy now, you have nothing to fear; I’ll take care of you and your children.” He reassured them, speaking with them heart-to-heart.”

Genesis 50:17-20
“So they sent Joseph a message, “
Before his death, your father gave this command: Tell Joseph, ‘Forgive your brothers’ sin—all that wrongdoing. They did treat you very badly.’ Will you do it? Will you forgive the sins of the servants of your father’s God?” When Joseph received their message, he wept.
Then the brothers went in person to him, threw themselves on the ground before him and said, “We’ll be your slaves.” Joseph replied, “Don’t be afraid. Do I act for God? Don’t you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people. Easy now, you have nothing to fear; I’ll take care of you and your children.” He reassured them, speaking with them heart-to-heart.”

Release

Freed Prisoner

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Be RELEASED
Be released from bondage, addiction, shame, hurt, and all false hope.
God’s Spirit gives you freedom to live.

Be released from the places you’ve been imprisoned in your mind;
God gives you the mind of Christ and freeing thoughts.
Be released, freed from restraints.
God sets you at liberty, whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

Be released from fear, confinement, stress, pain, and emotional strain.
God’s powerful, potent, perfect love delivers you from fear.
You are released, loosed, and free to be whom God created you to be.
Be spiritually emancipated and divinely liberated.

God unbinds you to fulfill your purpose on purpose.
Be released, delivered from the oppression and depression of the enemy.
The Joy of the Lord is your strength, stronghold, fortress, and defense.
God has discharged you from the past and released you to your future!

Love And Mercy Deficit

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Financial prosperity, isn’t always the evidence of true spirituality, but love and mercy is. How much love and mercy do you have for those who don’t have it for you? Many in the church are on spiritual welfare, because of our deficiency of pure love and mercy, in manifestation.
