You Are Complaining About What?

by Apostle Christiana Robinson

What are you complaining for?

To complain means – to express dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, or grief, to find fault, to tell of ones pains or ailments, to make a formal accusation.

When I saw a homeless man on the corner holding a sign for work or food or help, I couldn’t complain.

When I saw a man staggering, as he walked down the street with one-half of his body  weak from a stroke, content and happy that he was still alive, I couldn’t complain.

When I heard and saw the news about earthquakes in other cities, destroying homes and taking lives, I couldn’t complain.

When my foot hurt because I stubbed it or my hands hurt because I played the keyboard too hard, but a neighbor dies of a heart attack, I couldn’t complain.

When I see a paralyzed man in a wheelchair, coming home with groceries in his lap, although he can’t walk, he’s happy to have dinner for the night, I couldn’t complain.

When I have a day at work that doesn’t go so well, I know there are those who want to work and can’t. There are those who can work but choose not to. But I couldn’t complain.

When I look at my life and see how much God has done for me. Then I look and see many who don’t even know him. I couldn’t complain but I am available for Him to use me as a blessing to someone not as a curse to someone.

Are you complaining about bills?
Are you complaining about church folks?
Are you complaining about your life?
Are you complaining about your ministry?
Are you complaining about your dreams not yet coming to pass soon enough?
Are you complaining about people?
Are you complaining about not having enough money?

What’s there to complain about? Jesus was ridiculed, embarrassed, betrayed, beaten, persecuted, perplexed, talked about, abused, lied on, and people tried to secretly revolt against him. These people said they loved him, and claimed closeness to him. But, he still went to the cross with all of our sins on his back and not once did he complain.

So, why would you complain, if you say you want to be like Jesus?

Philippians 2:14 (NIV)
“Do everything without complaining or arguing.”

James 5:9 (New American Standard Bible 1995)
“Do not complain, brethren, against one another, so that you yourselves may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door.”

Release Stress And Rest In Daddy God

by Hazel Straub

My Dearest Child,

Unload and cast all the heavy baggage of cares, worries, fretting and all anxiety that you have carried, on me. It is time to get rid of all that heaviness. My master design for you, my child, calls for giving me all your frustrations and stress. Release the responsibility for handling everything and everyone that troubles and concerns you, to me, Daddy God.

Cease striving, struggling, staggering and working so hard, in your own strength. I am calling you to rest in me, while I work on your behalf. Relax and snuggle close, resting your head over my heart. Listen, as I sing with delight and love over you, my dearest child. Receive my presence, peace, provision, refreshment,  and restoration, while you rest in me.

Love you so much,
Daddy God

Believe And Have Faith

OldFaithful.ogg

by Hazel Straub

Believe in God.
Believe in his promises.
Believe and have faith.
Faith takes firm action to obey God’s will.

Habakkuk 2:4 (Amplified)
“Look at the proud; his soul is not straight or right within him, but the [rigidly] just and the [uncompromisingly] righteous man shall live by his faith and in his faithfulness.”

Let God Slow Cook You

by Apostle Jacques Cook

God says quit trying to become a finished product, without going through the process. You must let God slow cook you, as the sacrifice. Otherwise, you will be raw or undercooked meat that can poison people. Let God complete the process of you, dying to your flesh.

No Monkey Faith In Destiny

by Apostle Jacques Cook

Your destiny has nothing to do with the destination. If it did, you would say, “I have arrived” and go no further. When you pursue destiny through events, destiny is a constant journey with the Father that requires faith.

Do not have monkey faith but let go of the past so you can get to your future. Monkeys get caught in a trap due to having their favorite food put in a small opening of a coconut tied to a tree or stake. The hole is only big enough for the monkey’s empty hand. Once the monkey grasps its favorite food, his refusal to let go of the bait ends with his capture because his full hand cannot pass through the openning. Let go of the past so God can release something new to you. Ask God to release the Nike anointing and just take a step. Next time you come before the King show you believe the word and take a step of faith into your future.

Trials And Testings Make Us As Gold

by Hazel Straub

How many times have you groaned and wondered why you were going through a fiery trial?  Testing and the trials of life, show us that we cannot depend on ourselves but need to rely solely on God. Hard times drive us to cry out to him, who is The Solution.

When we come through the trial, we can see that the testing has also burned off of us some of the things that we carried that were not of God. When we lean on God, our testings make us better not bitter. Trials although difficult brings us something precious that can only happen, when we go through the fire with the Lord.

Abba Father God, give us eyes to see our trials through your eyes today.

Job 23:10 (New International Version 1984)
“But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.”

God Is Pouring Out His Heart

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

I see a vision of God pouring out his heart on us. His heart-desires, emotion, tendencies, character, divine nature.

I’m pouring out my heart upon my people in this hour. Bow down your heart for mine. Bow down your will for mine. My sizzling red-hot fervent love is for you and for each other. Be not torn this way and that way by your emotions. For I am the God of your emotions. Yield them to me. For I am circumventing you with my Spirit. I am circumventing you with my Glory and great favor.

The powers of darkness are failing and my Truth is prevailing in your life. My desire, I am filling you with my desire. What I want. The way I perceive it. What I like and how I would do it. Be consumed with heaven’s desire. The heavens are breaking open over you, the blessings are breaking loose for you. I am crowning you my bride, my Alaskan pride with great glory! I am crowning you with breakthrough, goodness, and extreme victory over your enemies this day.

This day things have and are still shifting in your favor. The works, the labor, and the seeds of yesteryear are not forgotten. Your ground is being tilled anew. Your land is fertile. New growth and new expedition. My power is being released and conformed in the powerless. My grace is being perfected in your weakness. My word is manifesting and being made complete in you. Trust Me. Expect Me. Wait for Me in your night seasons for I will come and fulfill my word for you even while you are praying.

Don’t focus or set your attention on the jealousy, insecurity, or the opposition of the enemy. Change your focus and keep looking to Me. For I have planned you to win. I have ordained you to overcome and not be bamboozled by the enemy. I have destined you to pursue, conquer, overtake and occupy.

The things that have affected you in the past serve only to make you more greatly effective in your future. So move forward and don’t look back. You are my Beloved. You are my heart. Go and release my heart to others. Just share my love. Share my love. Share my love. Release them from your judgment, release them from your heart and release them to Me.

For I will show you the paths of righteousness. I will lead you into all truth. I will give you insight and divine direction for I am your God. You are my people. I place my Spirit in you. I place my Fire in you. I place my Glory in you. I place my Love in you. I have placed my presence in you. Live in my presence, look within, trust the God within. For I will cause you to walk upright before me and you will serve no other gods and will leave all your idols behind.

Pouring, pouring out, the treasures of my heart to you. Stay under my pouring. Great blessing. Great healing. Great deliverance. Great victory. Great accomplishment. Great understanding. Great revelation. Great glory. Great power. Great authority. Great fruit. Great health. Great wealth. Great increase. Be enlarged. Be increased. Be restored. Be shifted. Be favored. Be encouraged! Be and don’t strive to be. For the Spirit of the Lord elevates and or takes you up to new realms of Glory and higher dimensions of love. Where it won’t be so forced but effortlessly expressed. May God’s heart be expressed in all we say and do this day….

Aurora Borealis Heralds God’s Glory

by Hazel Straub

The Aurora Borealis dance and swirl in large shimmering curtains of ever shifting light, covering the night sky. Their beauty heralds the glory of God as an awesome reminder of our Creator.

As I marvel at the Northern Lights, the Lord says,”You are my delight and I love to spend time with you. My love goes beyond what you have done either good or bad. I love you because you are my child and I enjoy you. Listen to my voice and know my heart towards you. My desire is to give you a hope and a future. No need to do or to try to get my love. I call you a human being so you will remember to be and not strive to earn my approval. I made you for my glory and I approve of you. Enjoy the lights but remember you contain more splendor and light than them.”

Psalm 19:1-4(a) (NIV 1984)
“The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language
where their voice is not heard.
Their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.”

Trust-An Issue Of The Heart

illustration from jesuscrash.com

by Apostle Christiana Robinson

Trust is a hard thing to obtain from others, especially when you have been hurt many times. God asks us to trust in him with all of our heart.

Well, what if our trust ran out? What if our trust in others was so damaged that it alters our perception of how we view loved ones, church members, and  ourselves. One of the roots of lack of trust is rejection. Have you been rejected so many times, that you don’t trust anybody?

God is still dealing with the heart. This means the damaged part of our hearts, as well. God is still trying the reins of our hearts. One thing we fail to realize is that our trust is nothing compared to HIS Trust. Our lack of trust causes us to put people in a certain category. We start to believe in our minds and say, “Men are this way, woman are that way, leaders are this way, all churches are that way.” Sometimes in the body of Christ, we walk with a limited amount of trust. We become a skeptic thinking that if we get too close, something bad might happen. Some people can’t even move further in any type of relationship because of lack of trust. Let God heal you. Ask God to give you the grace to Trust with HIS trust. Ask God to give you the grace to Love with HIS love. If you’re not sure about someone, ask God to reveal their heart and then pray for them. Don’t place them in a category. Place them in the hands of God.

Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart and lean not to your own understanding, in ALL your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path.”
